DOG SPORTS FESTIVAL Supported by PS insurance (wanspo)

This fall, Rinko Park in Yokohama will be filled with the smiles of dogs and their owners for two fun-filled days! While participatory events where people “run and take on challenges together with their dogs” are popular overseas, such events are still rare in Japan, where most dog-related gatherings focus on food stalls or merchandise sales. Wanspo aims to change that trend by launching from Yokohama a new, experience-based cultural event where dogs and their owners can move their bodies, work up a sweat, and share joyful moments together.

Wanspo’s Vision for the Future

Deepening and naturalizing the bond between people and dogs — Wan-Spo aims to create a society where people, dogs, nature, and the city coexist in harmony.
